And by we, I mean myself, Ram Reyes, and Tommy Tribble, the editor of this newsletter. We just thought it’ll be fun to discuss the stories more at length that we feature on the podcast and gives a little bit more room to be spicy with our takes on local news.

The whole pitch that we thought of when we wanted to do this podcast was we wanted to be NPR but NASTY. Think KVPR but NASTY. I think that just means we can curse and be blunter.

This is technically Episode 0 of the podcast and we are letting newsletter subscribers listen to it first. Let us know what you think of it if you listen! We just wanna offer different ways of consuming the same content but with a little bit more of personality than usual.
